Tom

Sounds like yoo need some of those illegal Chinese fireworks, I found out why those Chinese 'mortar bomb' fireworks are so popular, and that is because they are real 'mortar bombs'

Kinell Peter, I want more than a sparkler for my fiver, I used to get a full box of Standard fireworks including, bangers, a canon. jump jacks, roman candles, a half dozen sparklers and a rocket for a fiver ,

Rio if I had my way they and all the other firework shops would be closed all the time. I advocate the banning of the sale of fireworks except for registered displays. Most fireworks are flying bombs

Correct as many today are now more interested in annoying other people rather than seeing a nice firework display!

Tom see if there any organized displays near to you and then donate your fiver to a just cause

Peter every just cause has a major share holder who owns an Helicopter, I'm not donating my hard earned fiver that. would get me four cans of Guinness to were it would only equate to 4 drops of aviation fuel. NO Sir

AA Mopeds on Beech Hill Avenue sell fireworks, ( and mopeds ) all year round. They seem to have a good selection although with the price of the things these days, i'm not sure how much bang you'll get for your buck.
